Terms and conditions

By booking a class, club or camp with All About Dance UK (AADUK) you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Payments & Bookings

• Full payment must be made before the class or camp begins, unless otherwise
• Bookings are confirmed once payment has been received.
• Places are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Please double-check booking days before completing your

2. Refunds

• Once a booking has been made, refunds are not available.
• If a child cannot attend a class or camp, refunds will not be
• In cases of serious illness or exceptional circumstances, requests may be considered at the discretion of All About Dance

3. Health & Safety

The safety of all children is extremely important to us.

During sessions staff may administer basic first aid, including:

Parents/carers must ensure that any allergies or medical conditions are listed on the booking form.

4. Collection & Authorised Pick-Up

Children will only be released to authorised individuals listed on the booking form.

Parents/carers must inform All About Dance UK if there are any changes to authorised collectors.

5. Photography & Media

Photos and videos may be taken during classes, camps or events for promotional purposes.

Unless otherwise stated on the booking form:

• Children may appear in photos or videos used for marketing.
• Images may be used on social media, the website, and promotional

Parents can request that their child is not included in media via the booking form.

By booking, you also agree that All About Dance UK may contact you about future classes, camps or events.

6. Behaviour Expectations

We aim to create a positive and respectful environment for all children. Children are expected to:

• Show respect to staff and other participants
• Follow instructions
• Participate safely
• Work cooperatively with others

Unacceptable behaviour includes:

• bullying or disrespectful language
• physical aggression
• repeated disruption or refusal to follow instructions

If behaviour becomes unsafe or disruptive, All About Dance UK may contact parents and reserve the right to remove a child from a session if necessary.

7. Privacy

Personal information collected through bookings will not be shared with third parties.

Information is used only for:

• booking and attendance records
• safeguarding and emergency contact purposes
